Ok lets say that F1 is changed to a dual intent visa (Which i doubt will ever happen)
But lets say it happens then shouldn't they go to the end of the line

What ever your logic the fact is currently F1 is NOT and immigrant intent visa and hence there is fraud currently. Now what happens in future is not deterministic but what is happening now is plain to see

I can't wait till we see the results of this initiative. Having a source (website, tool, whatever) that tells me how many people are in line ahead of me, and is refreshed on a periodic (monthly as new bulletins come out) basis will take a lot of the guesswork and day dreaming out of this.
A lot of us are in this mess for the long haul. A clear picture, even if it doesn't make the dates move any faster will ease a lot of anxiety and frustration. Atleast for me, it will.
If you're sitting on your ass thinking that there are other people contributing and their contributions alone will help meet the goal, you are wrong, most people are thinking the same way.
The way I see it, if you don't contribute/act to solve problems that you face in life, you have no right to whine about them.
Be like me, contribute, and then whine all you want.

Let me add my observations here:
For people who doubt where all the money is going, remember Aman founded this organization putting his own money into this ( not in hundreds but thousands). He and some other core members has already got their green cards, but they continue to work for this cause. I also remember Aman and core members saying this "It is not about you. It is about the community. You just don't think about yourself, you work for everyone." Most of the talk points for meetings were meant for relief to the entire community, not a specific group.
For me, I had to go for a meeting alone. Initially I was disappointed, but I could handle that meeting very well, thanks to IVs training session. For those who are apprehensive about attending these meetings -- It is pretty straightforward if we follow IVs talking points and presentation style. We cover ourselves well with arguments and counter arguments during training session.
As for meeting lawmakers, it will always be a pleasant experience. This is the greatest democracy on the face of the earth. Lawmakers will lend a patient, listening ears to your issues. No worries there. Also fixes to our issues will benefit not only us, it will help this country in the long run. If you haven't met your lawmaker yet, please plan meeting them and let them know your pains. A meeting from a constituent is very valuable for these lawmakers.

good work Sherman_tribiani, i am watching this group of "highly skilled job stealer” for sometime. they merely talk and do nothing. most of them r scared to do anything. they r scared of u & me. they r not scared when they steal our jobs and we will scare the hell out these ba$tard$ to make them do in their pants before we kick them out. gheen told me about this group and he also said that not to waste my time on these job stealers as they r weak and incapable of doing anything, other than stealing our jobs and outsourcing.

Here is something i found on the web for the interpretation of labor sub cases, the original PD stays with original beneficiary, but when the labor certification is used for another beneficiary then USCIS should allocate the new I-140 filing date as PD, not the original LC date.
Following link suggest that labor substitution should not grant PDs.

If there is a legitimate reason to send emails to you from IV, why should it bounce? Also why are you scared to provide an email address to IV (it can be a yahoo, gmail, hotmail address too).

Looks like you guys have decided to fight with Admin2.
To some extent, Admin2 deserves this punishment. He spent just little 60,000 US dollars to fight for all of us. Yes, it is Sixty Thousand dollars. Whenever he goes to DC to meet lawmakers and/or Lobbyists, he spends money from his own pocket for stay and car rental. He desrevs so much beating from us for spending so much time, money and enegry for the community.
Even Pappu should be punished for spending too much time on this site wihtout concentrating on his day job.
If you both are logging from SAME company, though you are using different laptop/desktop, the IP address polled will be same for external though you have different IP internally.
If you guys have worked on DC rally, you would have come to know the great spirits of Admin2. One day he called me at 10.30 PM when I was almost sleeping to request me if I can attend an immigration meeting in Princeton University, NJ. I was sleeping and he was making calls. Who would have been benefitted? YOU and ME and NOT Admin2.
There are already several threads with EB3/EB2. All of us have our own day time jobs. Let us knot focus on fighting among ourselves. Let us not even fight with USCIS. What we want is that lawmakers and USCIS should understand our problems and make them realize that US will benefit by giving us GC's and not vice versa.
In the past 2 years, I have just 50 postings. All of them are either confirming calls to law makers or contributions. This I am writing to plead you stop these fightings. We have had enough in the past 2 years.
